Madrid stew

Madrid stew is the plate more representative of Madrid. Composed of chickpeas, various vegetables, meats and bacon with a sausage. This is a unique plate, common in cold winter months. The classical forme of serve is separating their ingredients, call rollover:

-first plate: with soup

-second plate: with chickpeas and meat with vegetables and potatoes.
